the manual says the wifi password is operating code but the website FAQ says it's 12345678. But either way, the app can't connect to the drone, even though the operating code actually works. BTW, on its website, the support request dialog doesn't work either so that you can't send a support request. too bad I bought two. After two days I can't make it work. I buy and play any new drone I can find so I'm not a drone beginner. this thing doesn't fly.

There great, I have two of them. Alot of fun for party and travel pictures. Be sure to smile.

The idea is amazing, but the result is heartbreaking. Pictures are best outdoors with a resolution similar to early 2000's cell phones. Indoors is not worth it. Many technical issues and some design mistakes. Power button is tiny and should be a switch imo. Very light light weight which is great for mobility, but a slight wind will easily knock it out. The battery doesn't last long enough to take off and the company refuses to refund/ replace. The best thing is that it is a great conversation starter about the idea and the phone case that acts as a charger. Only if once it's charged that it would work, but like many others and myself it doesn't. If I could give less than 1 star I would.Bought it as a pre order and only turns on but does not fly. Their customer service does not understand how to manage issues in a timely manor stating the "start up" excuse.Do yourself a favor and save your money or invest in something else. Unless this company releases a newer product with better specs, don't bother. Please read into their kickstarter comments ( search "Airselfie" ) or their Facebook page. Do your homework.

see a lot of bad comments from previous costumers from Kickstarter, well i don’t know how was the product before but mine it’s a great drone. It simply does what it’s marketed for. Although the price is a bit high, I would definitely buy it again. Totally worth it!
