It didn't really worked for me
It didn't pull the stud all the way in tight. I'm not sure if I needed a more powerful wrench. Doing it manually didn't work either, careful not to damage the new stud.

Defective
I took this tool out of the package and the thrust bearing wouldn't turn. I have a machine shop so I tried several methods to free it up to no avail. Maybe it was pressed in backwards or something. This should have been caught by quality control. Either way I can't return it now. Money waisted. I recommend you buy the name brand.

Works for wheel studs.
Simple to use and easy enough. I bought this just to make things easier. You could actually use the hub and wheel but its harder to see when you bottom out the stud. A cheaper easier option is a stack of washers but for nuts that are tapered this helps to distribute the pressure more. This worked well and provided less friction and pressure on the nut.I ended up having to pull this off with pliers because the plastic spacer was wedged in.I replaced 4 studs with this and my battery powered impact gun and had no issues other than the pliers to remove it when done.

Its better than washers
This little tool is worth every penny, it is cheap and cheaply made but worth it for the money. This tool will leave an indentation on the hub as it spins against it however it is barely noticeable. It made the difficulty of my wheel stud install go from a 6/10 to a 4/10. Its not a fun job to do but this tool makes it just that much more bearable

Defective, seized up.
This tool was defective upon arrival. Would not rotate. I ended up using a stack of greased up flat washers instead.
