ONE Uncleaned Ancient Roman Coin (mutliple coins available) by Ancient Coin House

I bought 2 uncleaned Ancient Roman Coins at $1.90 a piece and it was a waste of money. The shipping made it worse, I have spent at least 8 hours scrubbing these coins and they are unsalvagable. If these coins were under a dollar or I got 20 coins for what I paid it might be worth it.

Good detail on all three bought one got three all chipped but easy to catalogue and that's the most important thing everyone hates blanks or severe corrosion would buy again

I bought this coin hoping that I could clean it, just to try the process out for the first time. When it arrive, I was excited. I soaked it in distilled water for a few weeks, and then switched to non-virgin olive oil for about 6 months. I used cleaning techniques periodically, however this piece was so worn down that I couldn't even make out any discernable features. The diameter of the coin matches those from the roman era but how do I even know it is Roman? Perhaps others will be luckier than me, but if you want a coin for its numismatic value, I suggest buying a coin that is already clean.

The coin was amazing. I was actually hoping for an uncleaned one, and it was everything I was hoping for. The only thing that I hated so much about it, was the shipping. The coin was 2 days late. If not the shipping, I would of give it a 5.
