It's basically an empty lined notebook with one sentence at the top of the page. I was expecting a proper book for 10 pounds! Total rip off.Buyers beware.

I thought I was getting information about anxious attachment. But this is just a lined booklet with "journal prompts" at the top of each page ?! It says this is for "anxious attachers" ? I am very disappointed. It could have a bit more information on each page. If I wanted an empty notebook I could get that at Dollarama.

This journal is a must have if you’re reading the Anxious Hearts Guide by the same author. The prompts are relevant and helpful to the healing journey toward more secure connection and achieving the inner stability to love and be loved in romantic relationships. It’s also helpful for other areas if you have anxious attachments in other areas of life. Excellent journal - highly recommended
