It really works!!!
Our dishwasher was not usable. The hardness of our water was leaving dishes, especially glasses looking horrible. This softener cartridge gives us sparkling clean dishes. This is a great little water softener that works as advertised.

Clean dishes
Both the dishes and the dishwasher are cleaner and stay cleaner now that we have this installed. It does what it is supposed to do.

Missing parts
This showed up missing parts. I went and bought the parts to install the filter. Installed it and it leaks. I am returning this.
