This controller has three settings: on, off and variable. You can use the dial to adjust the fan speed (high, medium or low). 120V 15 amp. It comes with a 110V/60hz power cord. This controller is designed to be used with centrifugal fans and brush type motors only. It will not work with brush-less type or soft/slow start type motors.

Watch what you use it with
This made a strange noise in a blower motor. It burned out a 1600 $ massager. Too late to return it.
