I gave this 4 stars because the taste is horrible, I have a hard time getting it down. It’s gooey and it has a funky orange taste. Because it’s a supplement you can’t return it so I’m going to bite the bullet and hold my nose to get it down every day. I’ve been taking Vitamin C for years at 2000 mg/day but I had to lower it to 1000mg/day in order to get 1 tablespoon of this down. I take it to reduce oxidative damage and inflammation so i’ll deal with the taste until I’m finished with this bottle and I’ll move onto another liposomal Vitamin C.

This stuff is disgusting. It’s thick and tastes terrible. It sticks to everything, so the horrible taste can’t just be knocked back quick with your nose plugged, it lingers in your mouth, sticks around until you have drooled enough to dilute it. About the thickness between corn syrup and honey. Reminds me of the fluoride goo the dentist gave us back in the day. I hate to waste products and money but I don’t think I can choke this down. I would recommend a more liquid vit C or even a powdered to mix with coconut milk or something.
