Wicca for Beginners: A Guide to Cultivating Real Wiccan Beliefs, Magic and Ritual into Your Life

I was interested in exactly what Wicca is and the history of it. This book helps you understand a little more about the religion. However I was disappointed that there was not a history lesson involved. I love reading about different religions and this book has still left me with a lot of questions.

I found this book fascinating and would recommend it to anyone interested in the Wicca religion! For me it really helped to break down some of the pre-conceived notions that I had about the practice.An enlightening and an open-minded approach to living a Wiccan way.Over all if your a beginner like me it is worth getting this book!

I got a little confused in the middle because it almost seemed the the book started over but then went into new material, flow could have been better but the information is useful

The only reason i didn't give this book 5 stars is that it contained several spelling errors and places where it was obvious the author revised their thoughts and didn't quite blend the revisions correctly. An editor would have served the work well. Otherwise, it is a really helpful primer to someone who is brand new to the idea of Wicca

This is a very well written book on Wicca. You will also learn about candle magick and how the different colors of the different candles correspond to the different outcomes you are seeking. This book is one of those books that I couldn't put down once I picked it up.

Good book for those wanting to learn more about the craft. Good detail and easy to follow. I will use this often going forward. I have it loaded to my Kindle and also my laptop so I can easily reference different sections of the book as needed to refresh my memory on the main points covered.

I am not actually intending (or not yet ready, who knows) to become a Wicca myself, but got involved with Wiccan and was very curious because it appeared that many of their believes and rituals are things, I would consider "common sense to me". This book gave me background information and a brief insight ot the rituals, the believes and their way of life and certainly made me download more books on the topic. It's not comprehensive enough to be a full guidance for beginners, but definitely good to answer first questions of poeple interested in Wicca for all kind of reasons.

This is informative, but the grammar mistakes make it hard to read and really make it feel less professional.I also feel like the author could have gone more in depth with each chapter and example. This is such a short book, it took me an hour to read it. Half of that is my fault for not checking how many pages were in it, but there really could have been a lot more information.That said, I like the way the grounding techniques were explained and I actually felt like I could do themThere are only three candle spells in this, I feel like more would have helped

I'm only half way through the book but so far so good. I'm new to Wicca and this book seems easy to get into and starts with the basics as there's a lot to take iin. Overall quite a good and interesting book, I would recommend to anyone just starting out or just wanting a short easy explanation on what Wicca is about. Covers the basics and is an easy read.

Very interesting and insightful read! I chose this book out of pure curiosity and have found that a lot of my own personal beliefs match up with that of Wicca beliefs
