This is the best purchase I had made in a while, it’s so nice to come home and being able to get in in less than 5 seconds. I like that I can set up a code for certain people and I can make the code a one time code, for them to use it for a week or indefinitely. I had my neighbors get locked out of their homes and it’s just been so nice not having to deal with that, also supper easy to install you don’t even need to make extra holes or anything. Absolutely love it! 🥰

After my brother got his smart door lock I liked it so much that I got my own, but sometimes my fingerprint wouldn't work (working hands) so I knew I needed a door lock with ic card capabilities. This door lock was everything I was looking for except I wanted it like my brother's where it looks like a handle only and not a "motel" style and after I ordered this one I actually found the one that would have been everything I wanted from this same company. The only down side with this one is that I had to move my deadbolt down to the bottom hole on my door to accommodate the style of this lock and change around the hardware on the frame side and slightly modify the strike plate because of a slightly different offset from the top position. All in all well worth it. I found a key fob remote from Sifely that also works with these smart locks, so now I can just push a button and lock or unlock my door. The one thing I did and would recommend others to do is register each thumb about 5 times with different profiles for each so that you can be sure that no matter how you place your thumb it will read everytime, it has never failed to read on the first try for me.

Bought 3 of these already. Easy to install with instructions. App easy to use and set was easy. I do recommend. Not sure why it says frequently returned item since I do like this a lot.

Works well, but you should not add tightness to the screws or the locker will not work as intended

I purchased 6 units back in September 2022 for a small apartment complex in Mexico. Construction finished way behind schedule so these locks weren’t installed and actually used until about October 2023, that’s important context for timeframe of actual lock usage versus when I bought them.At first, I loved these locks. A good design, many access methods and they worked well to the point I was recommending to my property developer for his 41 apartment complex project.. until it all went wrong, I’m so glad I discovered before he ordered 41 of them!The batteries started to drain really fast, this got worse and worse over time. About a year after starting to use the locks the batteries would drain quickly, even after swapping them out with the best batteries I could find they’d die in about 4 or so months, although it’s super inconsistent between each lock.Now I have two locks that will drain of battery after about a week! Plus one that’s starting to fail and lasts maybe 6 weeks. But one by one, they’re all faulting.Now the worst part is that I emailed support at YAMIRY on the 17th of February. At first they were quick to respond and offered to send replacements for the locks failing.. I thought, wow!! Great customer service.. At first. Then when I gave them delivery and order details they ghosted me.. twice.So I followed up again with a whole new query on 24th of February. They clearly need to invest in a CRM because they had zero context of my original query and then told me they couldn’t send replacements to Mexico.Then they offered a refund but now ghosting me again.Now I’ve had to buy 6 whole new lock systems because I need them to be the same. Also, I live in New Zealand so managing access disasters for guests in Mexico remotely from New Zealand when batteries die on guests etc. is not ideal.YAMIRY locks are absolute garbage, their service is terrible (seriously, a CRM, for real… like business 101) and they don’t follow through.If you’re someone looking for a solution for a holiday rental or similar.. don’t risk this product. The batteries will die without warning and they’ll eventually just fail on you. After just one year of actual use they became useless.

This thing really works , it took hour like hour fifteen to install and setup , looks sturdy and beautiful
