I don't really have any problems with this product. It's great, it's cool, looks good. My only gripes are ones I don't think the company could really fix given how it's setup and shipped. When you're trying to scratch some of the smaller borders in regions you go too far, not really the company's fault maybe they should make a slightly raised border version in the future. But that might not work.And the bigger issue was just trying to flatten it once it arrives. It's quite firm in being a cylinder. But you'll figure it out.A plus is that it comes with a side Europe only map, I didn't even know it would come with that when ordering so that was cool even though I don't have anything to scratch on that one.

The map is very detailed and beautiful. It scratches pretty well without being so easy you'll accidentally scratch places. The only draw back is the small islands. When islands are too small to be colorized you have to straight to see them because they obly changed the boarder color to dark grey. Dark grey on black doesn't work well. They should have used white, or even better made outlines with fill color. Besides that though this is amazing for the price. Just so you know I rate in absolute terms not relative to price.

I gave this to my sister and brother-in0-law for their anniversary. They are world travelers. It's been fun for them to check off everywhere they have been.

It didnt come the complete set. Only got the maps, but no scratching pick, no cleaning cloth, none magnifier....i guess i will have to scratch it with my nails

Nice map that has all the countries on it. I am looking to travel the world, so every new place i visit id like to scratch off! I keep it on my wall wherever I go, priceless artifact.

The maps are heavy stock and easy to scratch off. The colors are brilliant. If there's an issue, the service is quick and courteous.I can understand why the maps come in a tube-they won't crease. So a little patience is needed to roll them out flat and put weights (books) on them for several days to flatten. The size also doesn't fit a standard frame but it is enlarged to show more detail.We bought a thin piece of plexiglass cut to the map's size and put heavy cardboard in back. We anchored it in 4 corners making it easy to open and close as we add more destinations. We are working on it, so no photo yet. I would not hesitate to buy it.
