Q: I drive a stand up up forklift with steel toe shoes are these good for my job

I haven’t driven a stand up forklift, and I don’t have steel-toed shoes, but my impression is that what really matters is if the shoes and the insoles fit well and whether standing is comfortable for you under any circumstances. Due to poor circulation, I can’t stand very long, even with memory foam insoles. The only problem I’ve had with the insoles is that one of my feet is wider than the other and wider than the insole, which results in the insole sliding sideways and sometimes folding over on top of itself, which can be very uncomfortable if I don’t stop and put it back where it belongs.

Q: Will these work in dress shoes (pumps, heels)? Or are they specifically for sneakers?

it's meant to be swapped out for an existing insole, so if there's no insole to remove from your dress shoes...I'd say no. The cushion will likely make the shoes too tight.
