US Stove Company 40258 Rear Liner for Furnaces

I burn wood to heat my house and have an old wood burning furnace that works quite well, but has cast iron parts that are removable to make for easy replacement. My problem is that I live in a rural area and had no place where I could get this part, so for me. this vendor was a blessing.

It was used inside a wood stove to block a hole in the existing cast iron. Works great

Installed few weeks back. We burn all winter long, all types of wood which results in variable heat temperatures. Is a thinner gauge metal then in original kit. Will see how long it lasts. ONLY ONE IN BOX, NOT A FRONT AND REAR SET. Will fit front or rear, poor advertising by seller!

Just what I needed for my wood burner

My part warped from the heat. This is a replacement part. I check the woodburner out once a year just before using it. Since the woodburner is a supplemental heat system it hasn't been needed so far this winter.

Wood & coal furnace
