Ohuhu 25 Feet Expandable Garden Hose with Brass Connector and Spray Nozzle

Absolute and total junk. Bought this 3 months ago to occasionally wash a balcony. On the third use, the hose split and leaked all over. This hose is where it belongs, in the trash. Update: I was contacted by customer service after posting review. They were very nice and offered to send me a new hose replacement or a refund. This morning, I received a refund because I already replaced the hose elsewhere. I am impressed that they are attempting to make it right with customers that purchased this defective item. I upgraded my rating from one star to 3 stars for this business doing the right thing. Two thumbs up for that!

Thought I'd try one of these for the hose by my pool. It it great in that it shrinks up nicely when the water is off so it doesn't take up much space at all, but I found the amount of water that it puts out to be disappointing. It's just not wide enough to get a lot of water and if you're trying to clean a patio ro pool deck it's gonna take a long time! Also, something inside kinked or broker after a few weeks so I was barely getting any water at all. At least with a normal hose, you can unkink it. I threw this one away. :-(

I've purchased two of these. The first one lasted awhile and performed well, so no complaints. I happily purchased another one. This time a warranty was available for a reasonable price so I bought that as well. Unfortunately, the second one failed within 45 days of normal use. After navigating the cumbersome warranty submittal process, my claim was immediately denied because "accidents are not covered." The product failed after 45 days of normal use which I clearly stated. There is no process for getting clarification on a warranty denial or challenging the outcome. Contacted the warranty vendor, no response. Don't waste your money, it's a complete scam.

I've had four expandable hoses in the past year. Within a short time, sometimes less than two weeks, the hose burst in several places rendering it useless. Each time Yilia at customer service replaced the hose. Each time another one bit the dust. I've attempted to turn the spigot down to decrease the water pressure and preserve the hose, but alas, I'm now convinced that the product is inferior and poor quality. There is obviously a design or material flaw.

Purchased for $24 in May 2017. At first it seemed like the best hose I ever owned. I stored it inside for the winter. When I hooked it up in May 2018 the nozzle leaked badly. I purchased a cheap replacement and then the inner hose ripped or burst today July 11 2018. I didn't seem to snag it on anything. Great hose but the durability is not what I'd expect for the price since I only got one season out of it.

Within a few weeks of usage for 5 minutes every other day, not even moving it, just turning water on to quickly water the garden, it got about 50 holes in it.I think it was because the sun was directly beating on the hose all day long. Who puts their hose away every time the are done with it? What hose cannot be in the sun for a few days?One positive is that the nozzle sprayer is fairly high quality. When I bought a replacement hose, I could at least use this nozzle which is pretty good actually.

I loved this hose until today...I have used the hose for about 7 weeks and went to use it today and a number of the seams have popped rendering the hose useless. I could understand if maybe I left the hose out over the winter season but this was left out during the spring and beginning of the summer season. I would look else where for a hose.Update: company read my original review and contacted me about it. They sent me a replacement and it has been working great thus far. Love a company like this that stands behind their product. Thank you!

Have been using this hose and nozzle combo for several months now and am happy with the quality and performance. The nozzle mostly plastic and these usually fail within 6-months in my experience, but so far it's been holding up. the hose itself has been working great. Lightweight, good quality brass fittings, nice hose.
