Very handy addition to the kitchen.
This model is best for cooking for one, no more than two. Excellent for a range of foods. Brilliant for bacon (and fried bread, naughty). Jacket potatoes too. Fish from frozen. Plenty of recipes and tips online.

An air fryer with an air of sophistication
Very good machine, which does the job efficiently and at an excellent price. It is fairly easy to operate, switch on and press the hamburger button (three dots and three dashes) to activate the several preset temp/times for different foods. These can be modified to adjust temp or time by means of the temp/time button and + - button. Once on it preheats, tells you to add the food, tells you to shake or turn the food and stops when finished; all you have to do is serve and eat. Cooks well, quite quickly and easy to clean

No work
suddenly the fryer stopped working. when I turn on the display is in open mode and the temperature options do not appear. Do I still have the exchange guarantee? how should I proceed?

Hard to clean
The pan section doesn't actually detach fully so it's quite hard to clean.

Good value for money
Very pleased with this. I live on my own and am busy with work, so often just want to cook stuff straight from the freezee, which this does without any fuss, and it tastes great!

Don't bother, made to break
Was quite happy with the fryer until it decided to self destruct. After examining why the machine stopped working, I noticed a tiny plastic fragment had worn off. This tiny little fragment has rendered the machine as useless.I contacted Midea support, who asked for a gallery of photos, invoices, and a war and peace description. After 5 days they replied by saying I needed to contact another branch of midea...oh thats very constructive. The link they gave me took me to every corner of the globe except the UK. When I did find a UK support link, yup it took me right back to the useless support that directed me to find another support branch. They replied by saying contact the nearest country to the uk. So a non english speaking country. Quite honestly a total waste of time.Before you buy any midea product be aware there is no UK support.Avoid avoid avoid
