Good protection against spills, crumbs and other crud that can get into your keyboard. Excellent fit on my Latitude 5420, and the clear works great with a backlit keyboard (the color versions don't). You can take these off and remove them for cleaning, but I find that they stretch just a little bit after about a year and don't fit as perfectly. Simple solution - they're dirt cheap, just buy another one every year.

It didn't quite fit the 14-inch keyboard. It was not long enough. This might have been for a specific brand of laptop.
