Ok today was the first time I used this (and I hadn't heard about it until U bought it). This stuff is amazing. I've been keeping my hair in braids this summer and noticed it was getting more dry and shedding more so I've been trying to find better products. The shampoo felt like it stripped my hair a bit so I was kinda worried but still rinsed and used the conditioner. Conditioner rinsed out well and my hair felt more moisturized but nothing major....BUT OMG when I started detailing my hair my fingers and comb were gliding through like butter. Tangles were FALLING out...not being yanked out, not needing to be cut out but FALLING out and I could not have been more pleased!!! This was BEFORE I even used the scalp spray and the serum. After those my hair was like butter. I was literally able to comb through my hair from root to ends with zero issues. It does tingle ALOT though like peppermint, but that could be because I used too much of the product (thinking I needed a lot). I would absolutely give this a try if you're on the fence. I don't really know my curl pattern but I have very thick hair. I do know it's low porosity. If I had to guess the curl pattern I would say 4B maybe.

I purchased this because I saw that it benefits and was created for and by African Americans. I'm the type of person that goes by reviews, if there are mostly great ones, I go for it. I've used it on my daughter's hair as well as mine. The shampoo is a clarifying shampoo, it pulls all of the impurities and hair product and oil build-up out of the hair and scalp. DO NOT USE TOO MUCH OR IT WILL LEAVE YOUR HAIR REALLY DRY! The conditioner is what puts the moisture back into your hair and scalp. The scalp treatment and serum are most important for elasticity, breakage prevention and keeping dandruff at bay. The serum also acts as a detangler. So if you are looking for a great product for your hair and are African American, give it a shot!

I absolutely love the shampoo conditioner and serum. My hair has never felt so healthy and looked exactly like when I first come out of the salon. I am so glad that I came across this product. I'm definitely going to keep using you. Absolutely love it! ❤️

It smells so good and it really conditions your hair.

I have such a difficult time finding products to moisturize my hair after I went 100% natural.. This product, after my receipt tally, (Fetch App tallies receipts for rewards), I have spent $1713 in 2 years trying so hard to find what works for my HIGH POROSITY, kinky tight coils 4A hair... This... Is... It!! Finally! I finally found it.. This and NOU (Next of Us), great price you can afford, I'm not looking any further... Please try this and NOU (Walmart has) and just see how your hair loves it... I use the LOC METHOD but, mine is LCO.. Just play around with that LOC combo because it really does play a huge roll..

Luckily I have one from a previous purchase and will use to not have to return or have it replaced.

My hair has been getting more dry as I get older. No matter what I tried it just kept getting more dry. I decided to try this for my 2C curls. I have to tell you I am in love with this set! After shampooing my hair feels so moisturized! After using the conditioner it feels even better! I am having less breakage and my hair is moisturized and soft all day. I will continue to use this product on my hair.My husband has 4C curls and he even likes this set.The smell is pleasant and very light -- to me it just smells clean.
