Here's the deal...The product arrived on time and in good condition. This is a small and compact emergency survival pack...emphasis on emergency. I'll start by saying that this pack has all of the items listed by the seller encased and wrapped in a considerably long paracord. It's the perfect size to stow in your backpack or BOB. I scratch my head at some of the negative reviews complaining about how hard it is to wrap the contents back up in the paracord after they opened it...really? It's to be used in an emergency...not quite "one time use" because many things are reusable or won't be needed in your specific situation. If you don't want to take the time to rewrap it, you can fit it all in small ziplock bag or even small first aid kit. It is what it is... and if you are reasonable with your expectations you won't be disappointed. There you have it.

positive, this is a very tiny survival kit. negative, this is a very tiny survival kit. As other people stated DO NOT unwrap this. you will never get it to all fit back in the case. I recommend printing out the part/item list pic and leave it in the original package. If you do open it, you will most likely need to put this item in a new container(like I did). Everything was there but I could not put it all back in the container.

This is a great little survival tool. It comes with all the things shown and surprisingly all the tools seem to be well made. Even so, i would say they are more for an emergency use, once twice, than anything durable. But, if you have a go day bag that's small, this packs a punch for its size. well worth the price. its one of those things that you don't know you need until you do.

I haven't had to use this survival kit yet, but I'm sure that what they say is in it is in it. I weighed the kit and my result matched up with the 5.6 ounces stated in the description. I'd been wanting one of these to take with me whenever I went anywhere really- not just while hiking- because you never know! At least I can feel somewhat reassured that if an emergency arose, I'd probably be better prepared than most around me.

I do a lot of hiking, just me and my dog, we don't do much thru hiking but we are planning a trip to do the PCT and I thought this SOS kit would be a small and tidy addition to my hiking pack. It's super easy to take apart. It dismantles in less than ten seconds. It's a pain to get back together, but I wanted to be certain of what was inside of it. It comes with everything listed.

Very Cool!! I ordered this for my son as a stocking stuffer for christmas. He Loves camping and hiking, and this will be an awesome surprise for him! There are tons of little tools in this handy little package, and it has a carabiner to clip on your backpack or belt! He is going to be thrilled with this kit!

I followed the advice of other reviewers and did not open to inspect contents because the bag is made of paracord wrapped around 30 odd pieces. The bag is lightweight and will give me a sense of preparedness on our crazy day hikes. My hubby and I love to hike and often get carried away when exploring and really put on the miles, so I will start carrying this with us.

There are no instructions and no list of contents. Mine came in a box with no papers at all. How will I know how to rewrap it
