The media could not be loaded.  When we bought this couch we got an email saying that it will be delivered and assembled for us and gave us instructions to preparation for the guys to guys assemble. It took a month to be delivered which was fine but when it was delivered there was only one guy. I asked him if he’s assembling the by himself and he said no that he’s only delivering it. My husband and I were very confused and politely told and showed him the email. He called is boss and was speak in Spanish and called my husband a bald white guy thinking we didn’t know Spanish. I was a bit peeved because he knew my husband’s name since he called him 30 mins before letting us know he was close by. After talking to his boss he told us would would be a week or longer to have 2 guys assemble it. We couldn’t wait that long and the guy would help us move the boxes into the house. He just left it the crate on our driveway. So my husband, myself, and our 16 yr old moved the boxes in the house. It wasn’t too heavy and my husband assembled the sectional. It took him 2 hours from start to finish. We thought we were missing a piece and I called customer service. The guy I talked to was supper friendly and told us there a little compartment under the sectional to keep the smaller pieces safe. This met my expectations. This sofa is comfortable, attractive, and was easy for my husband to assemble. The leather is beautiful and thick. I like the table. It feels sturdy and well built. I like the surrounding area above the table for extra drinks if you are hosting. The USB and electric outlet work great. There is ample room on each chair even for a larger individual. The two pop-up reclining chairs are awesome. It cleans easily. The product description after ordering did say expert assembly and trash removal. This did not have expert assembly or trash removal. It also said haul away and it did not have haul away. They delivered it inside my house into the area I wanted them placed, fortunately. The furniture itself is absolutely worth it if you like the design and appearance. It is otherwise as described.

I ordered this based on my measurements of specific area. Apart from fitting perfectly it is very classy and extremely comfortable. Assembly was easy.

I really like the sofa, and I thought the back of console was missing but contacted NHI and found that it was attached under the console. And they have contacted me to make sure I was satisfied. Really good customer service. They are even sending video to help me with attaching the console back piece. Really nice sectional.

Easy assembly, so far the quality seems very good. The only real issue was that the scheduled delivery was bogus. The 3rd party delivery company was good.

Wanted to give this a great review, the right arm side recliner does not work. Also, missing the middle back piece where the cup holder is.
