Used for general good health. I had some dark vertical areas on my big toenails and this product cleared up that problem.

I don’t usually do reviews on products but because of the excellent results I have experienced with this product I wanted to tell others about its effectiveness. I was diagnosed with a genetic disorder called Familial Hypercholesterolemia, which causes extremely high LDL cholesterol. I ultimately chose the only treatment available, a statin. My cardiologist prescribed Rosuvastatin 40 mg, the highest dose. He informed me of the possibility of joint and muscle pain and that if this occurred I should take CoQ 10 100mg daily and this would resolve the pain.After about a month I began to have hip and Low back pain so intense that I could hardly get out of bed in the morning. I ordered a less expensive brand of CoQ10 and although I took it every day, I got no relief. I read about this product and decided to try it. I have been taking it for two months now. Within one week, my hip and low back pain was gone. What I did not expect was how much energy I would get from taking this CoQ10 formula. I used to nap after work everyday but no longer need a nap! I really cannot say enough about the benefits I have received from taking this product.I am an extremely healthy person, regular exercise, clean diet, healthy weight and no heart disease but this CoQ10 has made me feel so much better! Try it for yourself and I hope it does the same for you. I know I will continue to take this brand of CoQ 10.

Remarkable energy from the GG componentWe normally take 200mg ubiquinol/day but with this product we can take half that amount and have more energy. It's almost like the jittery energy from caffeine and for that reason I won't take it after noon although it's not a stimulant I simply fear my brain wouldn't allow me to sleep

This item was received on time. It is easy to swallow, does not have an after taste. My concern is that I always count the pills that are given to me. This item is supposed to be 4 bottles of 30. The first bottle I opened had 25.My review would of been better had I received the correct amount.

This product is excellent both in benefits and ease of talking the small softgels.

I was having knee pain as well as some other muscle pain. I believe the muscle pain was from my cholesterol medicine. Changed once before making it better. I see that Ubiquinol is better absorbed so I looked at only that. Purchased this one because of the good reviews. I have been happy with the results. I had pretty much immediate reduction in pain. I have been taking it for about a month and it has reduced my pain. It is not gone in my knees, but is better.
