As good as new!
Got a sealed pack. Probably someone might have returned it without using. Works as stated. Saved quite abit with renewed product. Gives close to 3 hours backup

Failed twice
This item failed twice. I got it returned through Amzon first time. Second time, the folks refuse to replace. No response from devicekart@gmail.com and when called he always says it will be picked up and replaced. But never did. Don't recommend this product at ll

Provides about 2.5 hours of backup
Was a bit apprehensive about buying a refurbishment product but it was in good condition and is working fine (It's been a month of usage). Provides about 2.5 hours of backup which is sufficient for me.

RESONATE Refurbished Router UPS: This Seller is CHEATING, product does not give you even 5 min of power backup.Do not ever buy this.I charged it 6 hours and carefully noticed, it does not give power backup to router, even for 5 minutes.This router UPS turns off within 2 to 5 minutes.Expected power backup time is 3 to 4 hours, at least 1 hour or 30 minutes.Better buy a new one.

The media could not be loaded. Works very well geting backup around 3 hours. I bought refurbished but it looks new. Not faced any issue ,using since last more 1 years approx.

Try at your own risk. Buyer has to self courier if it’s faulty or wrong product sent
Avoid buying renewed/ refurbished from seller Appario.21-Jun-23 - 4th order- Received a dead unit. Packing it now to send it back through courier as return pickup is not available from Amazon.15-Jun-23 - 3rd Order: received the same unit that I had returned a week back. Not a good experience. Asked for replacement… but not available and I am asked to send it back to seller by courier as return pickup from Amazon is unavailable at my location which is Bangalore CBD06-Jun-23 - 2nd Order: order didn't go well. Received a 9 volt unit packed in 12 volt box. Had to return for refund as replacement was not available.23-May-23 -1st Received the product in Original pack with all the accessories. Working as expected. When tested, got a backup of around 5+ hours after full charge on a tp-link 1.5A power rated router.
