Great phones
They worked very well to bring us out of the dark ages in terms of phones. Easy to use. We had really old phones.

Absolutely worthless.
We bought this phone and it’s defective. Weren’t able to set it up later than we were hoping due to some issues with our move and by the time it got set up, the window to return it had passed. It rings but there is no audio. It’s not the headset either because we tried a different one and still didn’t work. Don’t buy!

Perfect economically priced IP phone
I already had 4 or 5 of these, so I knew what to expect. Perfect economically priced IP phone. We use with RingCentral service to avoid paying the up-charge for the same phone from them.

Very good value
For the price this is an excellent phone with all the needed features for a small office. The display is weak, but again, it's fair for the price. To get a better display, you'd pay twice as much. The web interface is a bit confusing for set-up / modification. The phone works well with Vonage.

This is a sip phone, not an analog phone
Spectrum will accommodate sip phones but at BUSINESS rates! A sip phone normally connects to the Internet via your iSP. I suspect other ISPs use an analog phone for lowest rate. Problem is I've never found an analog phone with a headset option.Instructions complicated. Web advertising MISLEADING.

Ugh!!!
I had 2 prior to this one. Need and line and ASAP had no choice. Would have loved to do more research to get a better one. When you put someone on hold and then put the receiver down, the pick up the receiver and push the unhold. You will NOT get the person that is on hold. You have to take off the receiver and then hit the unhold. If you have 3 lines on hold, you cannot just click on any of the lines that are blinking. You have to click on the UNHOLD button and the click on one of the lines. The hold button is the button with a pause symbol. The transfer button is the button with 2 receivers and an arrowNot very well planned out. This is a VERY FOREIGN MADE PHONE
