The media could not be loaded. I have acne prone skin , had used 5% before n no problem but this 10% is causing purging and more acne. Still trying. Maybe it will get better. And the box came without seal and the nozzle doesn't dispose the product smoothly. As I saw it after a week, kept it instead of replacing.
