Q: This tester has a bnc connector so can use a bnc to a screw-on coaxial cable "adaptor" to test tv coaxial cable lines?

I don't see why not. They're both a '2 wire' system. That 'screw on' connector is known as an 'F' connector so you'd want to but a BNC MALE to 'F' female adapter (provided the cable you're testing has a MALE 'F' connector on it but, I'm sure you get the picture.

Q: Does it certify the cables tested and store the information to print or turn into pdf?

It does test the cable run and saves it so you can upload it to your PC but it's not 'certified' by any wiring entity that I know of. It's just a very nice inexpensive tester with a lot of features.

I bought this item , when I checked YouTube videos as guid I find out some options are not same, then I find out unlike photos which on item mentioned NOYAFA mien's mentioned on it kolsol . are they same or I got wrong item ?
