Mit diversen anderen Garnen, meist aus dem Angebot vom Discounter, hatte ich auf der Nähmaschine immer wieder Probleme. Seit ich Madeira Aerofil verwende gibt es keine Probleme mehr.Das Garn ist sehr sauber gezwirnt, fusselt nicht und hat keine Knötchen.Mir gefallen auch die kurzen dicken Spulen, die besser laufen als die langen dünnen von anderen Herstellern.Das Set deckt die wichtigsten Grundfarben ab. Was fehlt ist allerdings ein mittleres Grau.Die Rollen sind mit 200m lang genug um auch mal ein größeres Nähprojekt umzusetzen ohne das schon das Umspulen des Unterfadens die Rolle leert.Man kann statt 200m auch 400m Rollen mit den gleichen Abmessungen nachkaufen, die passen dann auch wieder in die Box.

I am delighted with this very special thread! I own an Innovis 955 sewing/embroidery machine, which was very expensive to buy. The best thread I have ever used is this Madeira Aerofil thread. This doesn't pull in the machine and this is the correct thread to use for an Innovis 955sewing/embroidery machine. Yet you never get told about this thread, when you buy this beautiful sewing machine from a shop. This thread is the Rolls Royce of thread to use, hence the price, but it is so worth it....
