I had an issue with my first machine and the company replaced it no questions asked. The new machine worked like a charm, absolute plug and play. It counts fast and accurately with a mix of all denominations. I would definitely recommend this machine and would buy it again. I think it may be the best value in the market.

The unit and manufacturer are five stars. Munbyn is responsive even when problem is not of their creation. The seller often shows zero thought towards shipping protection. Munbyn totally innocent in an unboxed unit unit placed in a huge carton, allowing totally free movement with zero packing.

The counter can count values and provide total after each transaction. Don't have to perform any multiplication anymore. Easy to use and very helpful with detecting counterfit. I bought 2 and will recommend it to others. They have a great Customer service too. Very responsible and will help you troubleshoot issue or will replace it back without a hustle.

While shopping for bill counter, I was concerned about accuracy and reliability. It not only gives you just the count but it also have an option to add different denominations for you which I did not find as a standard feature on most of bill counters while shopping. (ofcourse you have to separate them manually. It recognizes fake bills but does not recognize denomination of bills. you have to set it manually )Only feedback would be if there was a way to mute sound while changing settings and while processing the count so I am not bothering anyone around me. There might be an option but I haven't reached out to customer service to figure it out.I have been using it for few months and munbyn money counter has been one of my best amazon purchase so far.

I couldn’t get it to count up 150 bills without jamming or falsely claiming a fake bill. I tried for at least thirty minutes, first counting machine I’ve used, gonna return this and buy a different one and get a comparison….
