The sleek grey/silver design and easy-to-use controls make it a pleasure to use, it is also quite tall, I stand at around 5.8 and it is considerably taller than me.In terms of functionality, the fridge-freezer excels. The temperature control is simple yet precise, maintaining a consistent temperature in both the fridge and freezer compartments. The shelves and drawers are adjustable, allowing me to customize the interior layout to suit my storage needs. The noise level is minimal, even when running on the highest setting and has an internal light that will tell you off if you leave the door open to long.Energy efficiency is another plus. While I haven't noticed a significant reduction in my energy bills yet, the fridge-freezer has an energy-efficient rating, so I'm confident it will help me save money in the long run.Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. My partner and I recently purchased this Fridge Freezer for our new home, and it has proven to be an exceptional addition to our kitchen.The installation process was a breeze. It took minimal effort to set up, and we were up and running in no time. The convenience of easy installation was a definite plus during the chaos of moving.We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the fridge freezer operates. It's barely noticeable, creating a peaceful ambiance in our kitchen. The unobtrusive hum allows us to enjoy our home without the constant background noise of an overly loud appliance.It maintains a consistent temperature, ensuring our food stays fresh and our frozen items remain well-preserved.A notable experience was when we decided to swap the door to better suit our kitchen layout. With the right tools, the process was surprisingly straightforward.

The freezer section might be free of frost but the fridge section produced so much ice and water down the back walls of the fridge I was picking out blocks of ice on a regular basis just a few weeks after receiving this item.Fridges can be a serious fire hazard, so this disappointing development in my brand new purchase sent shivers down my spine. I couldn't take any chances.The seller of this item passed me on to Russell Hobbs who told me to perform a major factory reset on the faulty item. This reset would have meant the fridge was shut down for 24 hours then placed into a high freeze situation to test it out - with no guarantee of correcting the fault.Obviously, I would have lost the entire contents of the fridge freezer. Nobody can afford to lose £200 worth of food in the current economic climate. I was horrified that Russell Hobbs did not seem to think this was an issue.This terrible item is now booked to be returned to the seller. I've bought a new Bosch one, also from Amazon, so I'm hoping that the upgrade in price will mean I get a much better, and safer, essential item.Still having to wait for my refund. Exhausted by this whole miserable experience.

The refrigerator is beautiful, the colour is amazing, the space is fantastic, im just extremely upset that when the delivery people opened the box there were dents at the bottom of my fridge ( yeah it’s not gonna be seen but it’s brand new it should arrive in perfect condition)The delivery people where amazing and there was no damage to the box so obviously this was done in the factoryOther than that it works amazing
