I ordered two and both are gorgeous!
I ordered two hats for my daughters and they wear them all the time. Both hats are intricately woven and beautiful. There is a provided plastic headpiece and string to tighten under their chins so they won't lose them on windy days. I love that these hats protect them from the sun when we garden.Thanks to Xihexi who was very communicative and was quick to update us with any shipping delays. They offered us a refund but we opted to wait. I am impressed they managed to get them to us in time for Christmas. My daughters were so excited that Santa brought them "Raya" hats ;)

Really cooling around the head..
The slightest breeze will cool the top of your head. Better than any hat, sun hat I've worn..

It survived shipping.
Which is a rather incredible feat considering it was wrapped in plastic film and everyone who saw it in the packaging knew exactly what it was. The hat is smaller than expected, but then I suppose that I am probably twice the size of the models wearing the hat in the pics. It's well made for the price, I think the bumpy texture is cool and basically, there's nothing to complain about. It's obviously quite sturdy as well!

Item arrived smashed and disfigured
Whoever thought it was a good idea to not send this item in a BOX is wrong. Pay attention to the reviews just like mine and don't waste your money. I am disappointed to say the least, that being said the hat itself feels like decent quality, but the plastic part that fits on your head is poor quality and it's ziptied to the hat, and the string that's supposed to go under your chin is also poor quality.

Very durable
A little smaller than expected, but we bought these hats for a neighbor for a wedding gift because he is bald or balding lol and he loved it to use for yard work.

Not quite!
Thought I was getting a bigger hat. Way to small for me. Design is fine, just make it bigger,then you have a sale.

small and arrived damaged.
The hat is small compared to the other bamboo hat i have. This one i received is better suited for a child. It also came with a bent and cracked rim.
