Have had flat feet all my life. As I age my feet really hurt if on my feet for long periods. These are perfect for relief off pain. Always for me to continue on daily activities.

I have a very small foot size 4.5 and found these to be way too tight.

I had severe plantar fasciitis and falling arches, it took a while before I realized what was probably causing all this foot pain. It became so severe that I had to use crutches, and that even hurt! So I tried these, along with some new shoes with built-in orthotics. My symptoms did gradually improve a bit (I'd say about 50%), but these band things were more irritating than they were beneficial. Also, because of the orthotics in the shoes, I don't know what was causing my relief. Although the relief did continue and increase after I stopped using them. With them, my feet were cramping and felt like they were being constricted. I would take them off a few hours after installing them and feel better. Just my take; I bought them based on all the good reviews, so...I guess it's an individual thing.

If your feet are bothering you, you need this product. It is like it is giving your foot a big hug. I use it for pain relief of my metatarsals, and it works! You can leave it in once place or move it around on your foot for relief. It stays put and doesn’t slip around.
