This contemporary decorator bowl was hand crafted using a bases of cream glass topped with glass fit pebbles of Steel blues, teal & sea greens, blacks, tan, and white. It has been sand blasted and kiln worked to create a satin finish. Depending on the view point it will shine from the steel in the blue glass and sparkle from the sand blasting treatment, creating that "wet sand" or tide pool look that is reminiscent of the beach. This tray is approximately 14" in diameter and 2 " deep. While this bowl was created as a decorator piece , and casts a nice glow when back lit, it can easily be used on the table to hold fruit or arrangements. Hand washing recommended.
