Works Perfectly with Jabra 920 Stereo Headset and MS Teams
Had purchased the Jabra 920 several years ago for use with our new Cisco VoIP phones. Honestly had more trouble getting the settings correct with the Cisco than I did this fantastic USB adapter. I set the Jabra knob to position "G" for the best sound quality and volume on both transmit and receive. Now I have the amazing telephone quality audio of the DECT 6.0 wireless technology in the Jabra as a USB headset on my computer. Used it with MS Teams with no problems other than the crazy random stuff that Teams does with audio devices sometimes, no fault of this adapter. I have several USB audio devices connected and sometimes Teams will switch randomly. I also use the headset plugged into the adapter for online learning classes. The audio quality here is better than a typical telephone. You get great quality for meetings but you can tell the bandwidth is a little bit limited if you use it for listening to music or other full range audio. There is a very slight noise and that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for Sound Quality. I find this device at under $15 is a great device and works well and exceeded my expectations. I am a real user of this device at work and recommend it! Use the Windows speaker icon to open up the "RJ-USB Audio" device and adjust the volume level.

Excellent product and good value!
I ordered this adaptor a little nervous that it wasn’t going to work. I also use Microsoft Teams on addition to LiveVox phone software. Anyway, the adaptor easily converted my Plantronics C054 phone headset into a USB headset. Sound is perfect, no issues with Teams or Livevox.

Vraiment très très content du produit, de la qualité et surtout du prix que j'ai payé, merci beaucoup j'ai réussi a connecté mon plantronics qui était juste là ligne téléphonique mais la il est il est rendu avec ordi directement via usb, je l'utilise avec mes deux casques, Jabra Engend 65, et aussi avec plantronics C054, merci merci
