I only recommend that the manufacturer fix the steering wheel mount, which is attached with a small lag screw. If they can puncture it or add a stronger screw, that would be perfect, since phones with very large and heavy covers sometimes cause it to sag. I've bought about 5 over the years and I'm very happy with these. I recommend them; they're an elegant, functional option with very good support.

Ordered and returned this product as the suction/lock feature was so difficult to use I thought it was defective. Could not unlock it or get the switch to budge at all. They sent me a replacement but I had the same issue. Knowing now it must not be a design flaw, I pushed with all my strength to unlock it. Mind you, I am not elderly or frail-bodied but a fully able-bodied adult. I unlocked it. I got the device ready to installation and stuck it to my dashboard. I had to again push with all my strength to get it to close. in the process, it actually pinched my finger upon closing creating a deep gash. I read and followed the directions both times, so I don't think I overlooked any section that would instruct me to do this step differently.I don't care how well the product performs if installation is this difficult and dangerous. Prior to returning the first device I had my boyfriend attempt to unlock it and he couldn't either. I do not recommend this product, and wish I had simply returned it and tried something else from a different company.

I had never gotten a phone holder because I didn't like it needing to be attached to my windshield. When I got tired of always having it on my seat, in my door handle, or in my cup holder, I finally found this one that can be attached to my dashboard. I thought, this is for me. It even holds my Iphone 16 plus. It tilts up and down and rotates in all directions. it's perfect. I love it. But, be sure you have it in the place you want it before you stick it down, because it is not coming off without a fight.

I have a kind of love/hate relationship with this thing. It works--it's held up okay to the Arizona heat, in a black car no less. So that's all right.My car's dash is leather, and I just use the suction mount to keep it there. I've had no real issues with it moving around. It has come loose a couple times--usually after service or detailing. Nothing surprising, and it's stayed put while driving. So that's all right.It holds onto the phone. So that's fine.My phone is in a relatively thick case--the little pegs that it "stands" on at the bottom were too short. Fortunately the little rubber pieces weren't attached to the pegs when I got it, so I slid them off, and glued them in placed to make the pegs a little deeper. That was drawback number one.The arms that keep the phone in place, however, are basically non-reactive after about 9 months of use (and I've put less than a thousand miles on my car in that time, so not a LOT of use.) I push the button and they release, but the arms don't move anymore--they're supposed to slide out. It's not me and it's not the device--the gearing is in there, it's not broken, but it's apparently bound up--perhaps heat related, perhaps not--and it just doesn't work as it should. That's drawback number two.It's not terrible, but I don't really recommend it. I'm looking around for something a little nicer, but it'll do until I find it.

Used it on our 16 hour road trip and the features work great. Love the auto release and how much you can adjust the visibility. It has many different settings that will work for any car. It was in the sun and the mount is still stuck well in place. Feels like good quality and it’s super easy to get your phone in and out of
