(SIZE 15) Great shoe for big and wide feet!
The media could not be loaded. I have wide, size 16 feet (but can get away with a 15 in these). This can make shoe shopping quite difficult as most shoe brands do not carry sizes above 14. For those that do, it's rare to find shoes that are comfortable for a wide foot without risk of popping out the sides. Finally, as someone who is constantly on my feet as a teacher during the school year and a DJ during the summer, it can be quite difficult to find a shoe that is durable and withstands heavy use. Not to mention, the difficulty of finding any local shoe store that carries shoes in larger sizes to try on.Because of these reasons, I am happy to continue purchasing DC Graffik shoes. They are the only shoe that I have found that reliably checks all of the boxes mentioned. Attached with my review are photos and video that show my current new shoes (after about a week of wear) next to my last pair going on approximately 1+1/2 years old. My old pair is still technically usable and could keep going for a bit longer, but I wanted to buy a new set that looked a little less worn out. They are built to last with durable materials, made to take a beating. They comfortably fit a large, wide foot. Keep in mind, these are skater shoes with minimal airflow and a flat sole with little support, but that is expected for this style of shoe. For those of us using these for daily, practical purposes, support concerns can be remedied with a good additional insole.

What I ordered and in good shape
I saw a lot of other reviews for DC shoes that were saying that the shoes were nice but it wasn't what the people ordered or that their boxes were all crushed up. These were what I ordered and they came in a timely manner and were brand new and perfect condition as expected. I did learn though that DC shoes come wide. I had been searching for wide with and couldn't find it was getting discouraged so I went to famous footwear which are about $20 more per pair and was educated about some shoes just come automatically as a wide width. These fit perfect based on his normal size that he wanted.

Well made, extended sizes, fits wide feet!!!
I haven't worn skate shoes in a very very long time. It's incredibly hard to find extended sizes shoes in stores and don't necessarily like not being able to try in shoes before buying but this blind buy has been greater than expected!! I typically wear a 14 EE, I opted to buy size 15 and they fit great. The toe box may be a little smaller than I'd like, but I'm thinking after a break in period it will be better. The tongue on these are THICK, but the padding and feel of the shoe is just how I remember them. Amazing.

Kids love, Mom wishes they held up better
My 11 year old and 7 year old boys love skateboarding and love DC anything... shoes, hats, shirts, etc. I have been purchasing DC shoes for both of them for the past two years or so and we have had about 5 or 6 pairs of DC shoes. My kids LOVE DC shoes and have no complaints whatsoever. My complaint is that the last two pairs for my 11 year old have not held up as well as I would expect for a $40 or $50 pair of shoes. My 11 year old skateboards a lot and his past two pairs of DC shoes have gotten holes in the soles within two months. The shoes for the 7 year old have held up fine and he does not skateboard very much. Maybe I am expecting too much from these shoes, but my thought is that if DC is a skateboard brand, shouldn't the shoes be specially designed to hold up to the rigors of skateboarding? My 11 year old did not have problems with the DC's getting holes in the bottom when he did not ride very often, but when he wears his "skate" shoes to skate, they get holes in the soles? and holes that go all the way through eventually so that water goes through to his socks if he walks through water. I guess the shoes are fine if you are just wearing them to look like a skater, but don't seem to be doing so well if you actually are a skater is my gripe. My kids defend them because they think they are cool but mom is looking for a new brand.
