I picked up this fan to help advertise model kit sales for my little online store when we do in person events. Its easy to setup and use. Once you activate the fan with the included APP you don't have to keep the app open or have the phone nearby for it to run continuously. The fan generates alot of attention and gets people to stop and check out our booth. Its quiet and can easily run of an external battery power supply if you need to run it somewhere without plug in power available.

Fan itself is amazing. Assembly was fast, the images are crisp and clear. Instructions were a little confusing but the customer service was great and helped very quickly, and I have it all figured out and running great now. Thanks!

I didn't understand the instructions for installation of the fan blades. I purchased the 4-blade model. Instructions say, connect A to A and B to B. The blades are marked A and B but there are no matching marks on the fan hub. The fan hub has additional marking "CN1 through CN4" but the fan blades are all simply marked CN1. The only illustration in the instructions is for the 6-blade model. After very gentle experimentation I found a way to install the blades, but be warned it is possible th "crunch" the blade edges in a way that could damage the LEDs.One of the fan blades is missing parts of the protectivve circuit board coating.When running, the images wobble slghtly, and it's enough to be unpleasant. And yes I have the fan firmly mounted to a base. This must be an issue with the software and the blade alignment.The plastic case is cleverly cut pieces, but they are awkardly connected and it will be difficult to keep the inside of the case clean. The desktop feet are a pair of unfinished, sharp metal strips. The mounting bracket does not secure the fan against tipping, in which case it would fall from the bracket.I tried four times to get customer support help, both from Amazon and the seller. The seller just says they will send me a tutorial and more video files. Sorry, but I asked a simple question and should have received a simple answer. I'm also going to mention that the plastic and the little screws for holding on the blades look really weak and I question whether this product will hold up for any length of time. If you remove the blades for transport, you will notice that the plastic comes with them and the mounting holes are stressed. I have favorable experience with fans made by other companies including Kino Mo. This product is too expensive for me to deal with these issues.Because of the issues with the fragile plastic hub mounts and screws and the issues with getting my questions answered, this is not a good product to be able to set up and take down for travel to exhibits and trade shows or even family events. There are other fans that use removable machine screws and will better meet my requirement.

The media could not be loaded. Oh my goodness this is so cool. I leave it in in the bathroom at night it’s so bright you don’t even need a light on,, it’s so clear and bright the animated display is detailed and you can pick from so many different pictures . Not to mention your own stuff too. It was not hard to put together at all and connects to wifi..

It's beautiful and I'd buy it again, but there are a couple things you need to know before you buy it.First, it's not 3d. It's 3d rendered on a 2d plane. (Think TV showing any movie you've ever seen.) It spins, is see through, and does display a cool 2d hologram because of those facts, though, and if looked at head on it could appear fully 3d.Secondly, after I bought it, I found out that it'll need a case to protect it. It makes sense, but I didn't think of that. The problem is they sell acrylic cases for more than the price of the hologram protector! WTF? Why not just include a simple basic case and offer people the opportunity to upgrade? They'd make much more money that way.Personally, I'm planning on just cutting a circle from some acrylic I have in storage, and attaching it to some wooden dowels or some such, and then adding a black baking to it for mounting on my wall. It's much more affordable, as the parts don't cost much. Pretty sad that they try to rip people off with $250 display cases for these. Doll display cases cost about $50, so that's a massive amount of profit and no R&D cost for them.

When you started the 3D hologram; i was amazed. Pictures are clear and is so easy to use and it comes with bunch of stuff preload it on, but you can change and add whatever you want. This is great for holidays , events and even for business advertisements. You can use it on PC , or stright from your phone. Also of you need any help tech support is amazing. It is truly This is the latest and the greatest technology of this year.

I have a smaller two bladed hologram fan and wanted something bigger and better. This certainly is! Nothing much bigger the size, not only are the things you display bigger but there's just so much more detail. Additionally the base and everything else feels so much more sturdy and premium. Set up is very simple just attach the blades and plug it in. To add videos just take the micro SD card and plug it in your computer, or you can use the app. When it's running it's about the sound level of a bedroom fan on low. I've included an image that I think gives you a good idea of the resolution of the images and the interesting circular pixel separation. Finally, I really like the inclusion of a remote because my previous one didn't have one and would just cycle through all the videos, so being able to stop and replay whatever you want is great.
