My feline is getting on in her years and gets a little behind on her grooming. She hates to be brushed with the rough wire ones. I'd also tried the brush more similar to a regular brush but those didn't pick up any fur and only brushed like the top layer. This brush is a combination between the scratchy ones and the plastic ones. It has the wire bristles but it's got little bulbs on the ends like you would see on a hair brush. It picks up the loose fluff without ripping it out. My little girl still gets overstimulated, (like most cats do after too much petting,) but she'll happily stay put for a good ten minutes while I gently brush her. The button does a good job of making the fluff easier to clean out. I have noticed though that each time I clean it the bristles get a little bent. I suspect I'll eventually have to get a new one but it was expected.

Love this brush too much,cause while hile you are brushing, the tines are locked in place, all the way through the grill.The desigen is convenient and scientific,easy to use and effective.I highly recommend someone has pets buying it.It is a very help product.I love it. I had some bad experience with other brushes which are needle points so they are really hurt my dogs skin. And she doesn’t like this at all ! With this one with round point that time really protecting her skin. So now my dog not afraid at all when I am trying to brush her ! She is a poodle so I really need to take care her hair one of every another day. And another good thing about this brush is that the head could turning around so no matter my baby laying down or sit or standing. I could always find the perfect position to brush her ! So over all it’s a really good buy and the quality is nice ! Ps. I love this baby blue color just make me happy and I think my baby love his color too !You won't regret it.

Sturdy tool, it really helps cut free the Tangled matted hair just above the skin by cutting it ever so gently with little sharp scythes tipped with a smooth, rounded tip, so it doesn't scratch the kitty! just gently work it out as if you were working out tangles in your own hair, same thing. Keep working it and work it until it cuts the mat free, and it's absolutely painless to the cat, sometimes you have to hold the cat down to do it, but once it's done they are so grateful. excellent product, great value. Two sides to choose the depth you want to go, lets you work mats out gently, and very effectively.Only issue: doing it by myself, only two hands, clearing the accumulation in the comb one handed is tedious, no ejectors for one finger clean.

Our cat dislikes having anyone brush her hair. I had a comb that I used gently and thought I'd try this and it is much easier to use on her. She still dislikes it but at least will tolerate it, which is a plus. The bristles are soft at the ends so it doesn't irritate the skin and it self cleans with a turn of the button. Very easy to use and works great. If you have a cat who likes having their hair brushed you will love it and so will they!!!

Does not hurt their skin. They enjoy being brushed again!

This product has several sharp spots and it was not supposed to be that way. Taped up those areas and it works good for removing the extra hair but please make sure there are no sharp teeth on it before using it on your fur babies.

Rocky, my Maine coon threw up 5 of the biggest hair balls I've ever seen in one night, even though I comb him twice a day. This was disconcerting, and I knew I had to find a better product. Just a few clicks and I found this cool little blue brush with angled bristles and a self cleaning handle. I received the new comb the next day. Just after one use I pulled out more hair, then I had all year!!! The photo is after just three weeks..no joke! What's awesome is Rocky love getting groomed with his new brush. I was even able to remove stubborn hair out of the carpet that the vacuum couldn't, so I am thinking of getting a second one. This product works amazing and so does the self cleaning handle. I love using this product when I can, I am a dog groomer and I have used this tool for a while. It removed a huge amount of undercoat without tearing the hair and can be used to break mats. I love how much hair it takes out but just be aware not all dogs will tolerate this tool as snags will pull the hair quite a bit at times.It has not left brush burn to my knowledge and I use it quite often.

This is amazing!!! I have a german Shepherd mix with a bernese mountain , her coat is more like a shepherd with an under coat and wowww in amazing by the amoubt of hair coming out of her, and we bring hwr to the groomer every 2 month for an undercoat groom, but was still taking chunk of hair out of her! Pretty happy with nt purchase
