This product works wonders he helps with an athelete form and help to strengthen arms and legs and core very good in the absense of the gym only little thing you should make them according to a person's hight because a person 5"9 it works well with for a person 5" it's a little less effective or find a way to adjust it like I did but very good product

Taller than 5'?
This is designed for very short individuals.I'm 5'11 and it's not even close to being usable.

Broken
I like the product, but Iām 6ft3 and it seems to not be suitable for people my height. Unfortunately a buckle cracked under the stress & its now unusable.

To small the sizing for the waste is not ment for anyone who wasn't a twig.
It isn't meant to fit a normal person. It did work well once I rigged it so I could use it to a extent.
