Swagtron Swagboard Twist Self Balancing Hoverboard for Kids (Green)

It is very nice I love this product

The Hover Board charging is not lasting for more than 15 minutes of usage. Also the Device is not working proeprly. I am looking to Return the Device as it is of no use and we cannot even use it as a Toy as its weight is more. It was just used for a week and it is gone.It would be really great if the seller can take the product back and replace it.

Got this hover board for my son on his eighth birthday. Like stated in the title made the best parents list. It has a charger the is away to plug in and it isn’t the size of a laptop charger slightly larger than a cellphone charger. It goes pretty fast with a child that weighs 65lbs on it or for those outside the US about 32KG. He was able to ride it for about an hour on it taking it easy. It is easy to throw in the car and go on a cement adventure and he couldn’t have been happier with it, though he did want one with speakers built in this unit doesn’t. The wheels do light up and has indicators built in. This was a good design choice because who really knows which direction kids are going to go. This at least gives people around a slight idea. Fun for kids but for you faint hearted don’t forget to get safety equipment.

This is a great option for someone just learning to use a hover board. We got it for our 5 year old son, and he was able to hop on and learn to use rather quickly, and stay balanced and stable. Great intro to the hover boarding world

Kids loved this hoverboard while it worked. The battery stopped working after about 1.5 years. I would fully charge and they give the dead battery error after about 20 seconds of use. Couldn't find anyway to contact the company to follow up on the 5 year battery warranty their listing pictures advertise. There was a phone number in the user manual but it no longer works. If anyone ever reads this I would avoid buying from this company in the future.

I bought 2 of these hover boards for my grandchildren for Christmas. (1 Pink 1 Green. They where excited.After a couple days the green one stopped working. The left side won't work. I called Amazon and a very nice gentleman named Gabriel. He suggested calling Swagton. Gabriel made the call with myself on the phone. Lady at Swagton gave me directions how to put a return in on their website. I filled it all out as soon as I got off the phone. The website said it will take 72 hours for them to get back to me. I waited 5 days. Never heard anything so I filled out the return form again. Waited about a week and never heard from them. I called for a 2nd time. Same conversation we had the 1st time. I waited a few more days and never heard from them so now I am writing this review. They are sturdy, the pink one is going strong. I wouldn't recommend or trust this company for any purchases.

I only gave it one star because the product came open inside of huge box. Hopefully it works, it’s a birthday present for my son. I’ll update when he tries it out in 2 weeks.Update: although the package was open, the hover board worked perfectly and my son loves it!!! I updated to 4 stars (not 5 because there should have at least been something to protect the box from moving around in the bigger box).
