I will not recommend this chair to anyone. Cellbell customer support is worst. I didn't get 2 screws along with this product. When I reached to Cellbell support , they sent me wrong screws.Cellbell charged me for technician installation and technician didn't install as screws were not available. Cellbell didn't refund my installation money. I wouldn't recommend cellbell brand to anyone

I recently purchased the CELLBELL Desire C104 Mesh Mid-Back Ergonomic Office Chair, and I’m really happy with it. I am using this chair for 3-4 months now.First of all Build quality is good, looks durableCushioning is the worst of all, there is no comfort to your seat, seat feels like i am sitting on some sort of hard plastic , does not feel like foam at all.Hand rests are steady,Back support is good in build quality but for person of 5.5 - 6ft it is insufficientI can barely seat for an hour on the chair after that it become nearly impossible to sit on such hard thing.Chair is stable and do not feel unstable at alladjustments are limited although you cannot complaint in this regard in this price range

Cell bell chair Backrest is not moved from 90 degrees to 120 degrees. What to do, as I have purchased pro model. Plz arrange technical support to resolve the issue as early as possible. Also last date to replace is today 27th June 2025 but in the orders, it is not activated and I'm unable to replace the product

Best for the price, the only problem is the arm rest size is uneven, cushioing pushes in after time, and the rotation now has high resistance overall good product for its price

Worst manufacturer and seller. I have ordered this product 04 times and all the times it came out to be a defect piece. Either threading of screws are missing or damaged threading. On 4th time, the package was delivered open and screws were missing and the hydrolic parts were coming off. May be build quality of plastic body is good. But the fitting and screws are worst. Also alignment of screw holes are accurate. So, you end up fitting may be 02 or 03 scres out of 04 (this is especially with back rest).
