Easy to install and look great.

The Lidlox handlebar lock system is easy to install and comes with all the parts needed to replace the factory handlebar ends. My only challenge with it at this time is getting the key in the key port and getting used to how the mechanism works when trying to unlock it. These are minor challenges and I'm sure as I use it more often I'll figure it out. All-in-all a nice option for locking two helmets on my MC which allows me to free up the space in the luggage boxes.

I just bought a K1600GTL, the second BMW I've owned that doesn't have a helmet lock. I don't always have room in my bags for a helmet so I figured these were a nice, non-intrusive, way to lock up my helmet(s).They look great and they're easy to use. I imagine if they were left exposed to water that after a while it would start to seize up. Luckily you can technically still screw these off when it's locked, you'd just have to grab the entire handlebar end and twist. Alternatively, I think the instructions indicated a similar expectation but they tell you to unscrew the set screw for the locking mechanism. Either way works and technically either way indicates there is a security flaw but, for the most part I'm sure it offers enough of an inconvenience for the thief that they would move along without bothering.I did receive the wrong set, it was actually a set of all chrome pieces when I had ordered the black and chrome. I emailed the company and they were quick to remedy the situation free of charge, great customer service.
