*** updated review***
Didnt like it... color was ok but the paint was kinda thick and so was the clear coat... reduced noticability of the scratch was still there...***update***A couple weeks later i noticed the clear coat and color blended up and the thickness was reduced significantly i guess u can say it cured or something but I changed this from a 1-2 start to a 4-5 star i must say i like this alot now and will be touching up all the remaining scratches

So far so good.
I used this because the color exactly matches the stock rims on my Tesla Model 3. It greatly reduces the appearance of curb rash from when I scraped the curb the other day. So far so good.

If you are repairing your Tesla Model 3 Rims, This may help.
I'll cover a few things first, the packaging is confusing. ALWAYS stand the paint with the fat end down, with the label facing you and readable, remove the top cap by unscrewing it and the brush will be facing down into the paint, unscrew the bottom to access the foam brush with the clear coat. do NOT hold the paint with the label upside down or you will spill everything when you open it. If you are repairing your Tesla Model 3 Rims, the color is spot on. To make a perfect repair, do not rush and just apply the paint to the scraped rim. . Just applying paint will look better than the scrapes, but not very good. Get fine grit sand paper and sand the surface flat first The color match will be so close you will not spot it afterwards. I sanded with two different grit sandpaper, applied gray primer, and let it dry for 24 hours before applying the first coat of paint. Let it dry a good amount of time, because the first coat of paint will tend to liquefy if you apply the second coat too soon. The paint is actually quite thick, so be aware that when you start the painting process. I didn't use the clearcoat because the color and shine are so close to the original paint since I scraped my rim after owning my new car only three days. I compiled this from my experience using it and confirming the advice given by other users. A side note, the paint has a pressure sensitive point that will apply paint by pressing the tip to the object you wish to apply the paint to. I don't recommend using it on the rims. it tends to apply thick blobs. Also, there is very little paint in the kit, so be sparing with it. The picture is the actual repaired rim, and the damage was pretty obvious. Take your time, and be patient, the repair will look great! I hope this helps,

If you put in the work it will look okay.
I got this product thinking it was an exact match, because its called an exact match... However its a lot more complicated then that. Also this is called All in One, and thats not wrong just misleading. Normal all in one paint is clear and base in one paint, 1 step and your done. This is base in one half and clear in the other, and I'm happy it is that way! However I order clear because I thought this was a true all in one. Big deal now I just have extra clear coat.To get a perfect match its a long process... If you fill in a spot that is through to the metal you have to put primer down. Otherwise you will get a dark gray spot and not a cream color that qx1 is. There was a tiny bit of rust on my fenders that I sanded down, applied white primer, and lastly took the brush and put base coat over. That looks good, but other spots that where more noticeable didn't turn out as well. For those spots I sanded it down with 2000 grit after applying paint, and then used an aggressive polish to remove the sand marks. Its smooth to the touch and only slightly darker then normal. Can you notice it? Yes, but its better then rust forming or clear coat chipping away.I really like the sponge brush that is on the clear coat it makes applying so much better then clear coat pens.Make sure you watch some videos before applying this, its a lot more work then what they make it sound like.

This product works in as few as 1 applications, PERFECT for curb rash on your black rims.
This is an absolutely fantastic product, and completely exceeded my expectations. I have "ebony" rims on my 2016 Ford Fusion which were immaculate until one fateful day when I clipped a curb when taking a turn and suffered some "curb rash." The paint scraped off and there was about an inch of exposed alloy which was painfully obvious since it's silver-colored and the rest of my wheels are black. I read the reviews for a number of products and finally settled on this one since it looked like an easy application and came with a clear coat to protect the work. And WOW, it really worked. I sanded the area down just a little bit, and started to apply the paint. I only needed to apply one coat and it was perfect, completely matching the original paint work. I didn't even bother doing a second coat of black, it was so perfect. I let it dry for 30 minutes and then applied the clear coat and now you can't even tell there was any damage to the rims whatsoever. And I mean that seriously, or I would have said so. You can only tell if your eyeballs are inches from the rims and/or you run your fingers across the surface of the rims and find a small rough patch from the initial scraping. This stuff is perfect and works 10 times better than some of the crazy home remedies I searched for on YouTube before settling for this product. I'm sure it works just as well on the paint on your car, but for those people who scraped their rims on a curb, this is the perfect solution for you. My rims have a kind of sheen to them so I went with this Universal Black, which makes it a bit shiny after application. PERFECT!

Great for covering up scratches on black wheels
Accidentally hit a curb causing a couple of small scratches on the outer edge my black wheels. Decided to give this touch-up paint a shot to cover up said scratches instead of going to a body shop and probably end up paying way more. Looked at a youtube tutorial on how to apply the Dupli-Color's touch-up paint since it didn't really come with any instructions, the paint did what I needed it to do. If I had to do it again I would probably sand my wheels down more before applying the touch-up paint but that's my fault on the product's fault. Included pics to show before and after.

It’s ok
Perfect color match. Only for minor scratches. The clear coat too thick, which made it look bad due to the texture created. The color March was perfect, but when applied the clear coating kinda ruined the fixing ...
