Can't play 4k
Normal videos works fine, but get stuck when playing HD vidoes and 4k cant play at allThe remote is so fragile, it totally breaks into pieces and unusable..

Playback problem from external hard drive
Extremely disappointed with this product. Waste if moneyIt doesn't play the 4K movies from the External hard drive properly, despite the portable hard disk being connected to USD 3.0, the read rate is very low and it plays with a very slow speed (like a slow-motion) and no sound. Same problem even with 1080p movie file. This happens while its connected to either TV or projector.Also, hangs frequently and to make it start working again , it needs to be reset.
