Stays in place and gives you a killer workout!
Very happy with this buy! I was looking for good resistance bands that wouldn't shift or pinch me like those rubber bands do and I'm surprised by the quality for the price. It definitely upgraded my work out with little to no adjustments during jumps, squats, donkey kicks and all.

The bands are a bit big and not so elastic, so they slip or fall down very easily during exercise.Also, a bit difficult to stretch.
