My aging Craftsman Lawn Tractor needed new hardware for the grass catcher attachment. This kit provided the parts that I needed to replace the worn/missing parts.I would have rated a 5 star had the kit came with some instructions, but after studying the parts provided and seeing what parts the grass catcher was missing/needing, I was able to get it repaired. A plus was there were extra parts in the kit, so that was good, too!

A strap broke on my Craftsman riding lawn mower chute. Unfortunately I had to purchase the whole kit to get 1 item. Well if something else breaks I'll have the parts for it. I rated the Easy to install mid range because the strap was new and not stretched out which made it more difficult to use. Glad I got the parts though.

Had to replace the shoot on my riding mower. Bought these because the new shoot didn’t come with any. Both bungees for connecting the shoot to mower ripped and broke.First one ripped while connecting it for the first time. Ended up using the bungee from old shoot which is 10yrs old & still holding up. Second bungee ripped after first use of mower.UPDATE: After posting this review i was surprised to find in the mail not too long afterwards replacement parts for what broke . Now that’s what I call customer service!
