This coffee is my new favorite for several reasons. 1. Unlike other half caf blends that taste watered down, Four Sigmatic Balance organic half caf has the flavor and aroma of full strength coffee. 2. It tastes rich & robust with no bitter or acidic aftertaste. 3. I drink half-caff to avoid caffeine jitters. This coffee not only eliminates the effects of over-caffeination, it amazingly provides a relaxing, yet focused sensation that lingers through the morning. Maybe it's just a psychological response to a good tasting cup of coffee, or maybe it's the additives. Either way, for me, it's worth the few extra dollars it costs over my previous brand. I'm 82 years old and, except for that magical stuff brewed up by the Army cooks in the field, this is the best coffee I've tasted. Here's hoping Four Sigmatic Balance Organic Half Caf will be around for the rest of my time on this planet.

Ok. Here I am, on my second cup and wow. This coffee tastes great! I had to take a moment to write a review, and a product has to significantly make an impact on me in order for me to write a review. It’s organic, smooth, tasty and half calf. Exactly what I was looking for. Mmmn. Just get it. You won’t be disappointed.
