Q: Need clarification. Does this robot vacuum and mop at the same time or separately? If separately, can you simply have the bot mop via the app?

It picks up as it mops so if your floor is relatively debris-free you don’t have to sweep separately. I run the vacuum first and then the mop. You may have to charge in between runs. I have no clue about the app because I haven’t been able to get it to work. It is awful. The vacuum is a ten in my book but they need to do something with the app.

Q: I live in a rural area and internet sucks. Does this only work with an app?

I've never used an app to operate it. It operates on its own.

Q: Please , Can somebody tell me what is the size of the water tank?

I’m not sure if the exact size but it’s the same size as the sweeper tank if you ever had a sweeper robot. It’s big enough to last up to an hour of mopping.
