I'm sold on the Zero Water systems. I even have a pitcher to take with me when I travel. I've found the ability to filter my own tap water was far more economical than buying, hauling, and storing pallets of bottled water. The ZeroWater ZR-001 One-Pack Water Filter Cartridge is the backbone of the system.Depending on the quality of the water where you are dictates the longevity of the filters and how often you may need to replace them. Typically, a 1-2 months of common usage for drinking and cooking. Each system comes with a small, easy to use water testing gauge, but we typically replace the filter when the water doesn't taste as good.I ordered these through Amazon when a local big box store did not have them in stock. The filters arrived, loose-packed but individually plastic-wrapped, in a single box. This unfortunately resulted in two of them becoming damaged from rough handling in transit. These filters poured dark water when installed.I called the Zero Water customer service number on the individual wrappers. They quickly and politely rushed two free replacements without any uphill.Thank you, Zero Water!

I’ve used this product for several years now in the two Zero Water pitchers I have. These truly do filter out particulate matter. I feel much safer drinking tap water with this set of equipment.

These filters are so good that people seek out our water when they come over.

Successfully removes particles, creating a favorable water taste. Once the filter has run it’s course the flavor of water becomes very noticeably bitter (worse than your original faucet water)... negating the need to use the particle counting tester. Filter doesn’t last as long as I’d like!

Turns Schitty water into drinkable water. Water suitable for coffee, ice, and drinking. No filter = The trots.Basically avoids a visit by Montezuma by drinking out of the faucet city water.

I am the repeater for this product, but today when I open one of the filter, I realized that this was not working properly... somehow it leaks quite a lot of water through the connection. It means Filter is not working. I only change this item every month and came across this .. can you exchange the filter?
