The box was a bit flimsy that the table mats were packaged in but they were wrapped up well 1 had a slight chip on the corner but they are for outside patio table so I kept them,

Excellent place mats.
Our old place mats were getting a bit tatty, so I decided to get some of these. They arrived very well-packed in individual boxes with lots of bubble wrap. They look very well-made and since the edges are cut square, there is little chance of them flaking as other slate products can do. Obviously slate can be stained by some foods, so I gave them all a quick wipe over with some olive oil to seal them. Anyway, we are very happy with them.

Great but, Great Customer Service
Excellent product, looks fantastic, needed to talk to customer service due to some damage probably done on delivery, spoke to Laura who sorted everything out promptly.

5 of the place mats are chipped and or split , the coasters are all perfect
