It's a really simple idea and one which does not require as much effort as you would think!After reading this guide, I have started mine and it serves as a daily reminder of my goals and aspirations. Recommended.

Explaining to the readers that the book is meant to be a guide, just in the same way the vision board you create should be YOUR own guide.5 chapters, short, and worth reading. I would recommend watching the movie Secret Laws of Attraction (1hour 30minutes documentary).

Everything you need to get started! Plenty of ideas and examples, followed by explanations. Loved it! Highly recommend to anyone.

I went thru entire booklet in about 5 minutes. Tips included not to use alcohol, drugs or gambling as a goal. Really?
