Never get to return the product
I received the bag on time but I don't like it as it doesn't look the same a shown in the picture and the quality is not what I expected, so I made request to return it but the delivery agent didn't come on the appointed time he came later after I left my office. He never call back I can't return the product and waste few bucks on this. Delivery agent service is pathetic

The product is good for daily use. The quality is like a premium bag and style is moderns. Even after months of use no issue with the bag.

Very grumcious came out torn from the side too quality was also not really good though 👎🏻🙃
This product has no good appearance but came out torn from the sides I returned it but the money never even came and was not even from the same brand👎🏻🙃
