As with most health supplements, it's a very subjective thing. I've found the majority of things people have suggested I try were just snake oil kind of junk.THESE, however, really seemed to help. I'm 57, have joint problems from my days in the military and simple aging. But I've been using these now for about three years, and there's no doubt that for me, the joints have improved and I have less pain and less discomfort moving around now. For the cost, it's worth it for me to include it next to my vitamins.

This serves it's purpose. May neved to cut the pill in half to swallow as it's large and dense.
