I waited 3 weeks to write a review. I wanted to make sure it was accurate. This is my 1st robotic vacuum and I am hooked. It can go into places and under furniture no other vacuum can get to and can do my whole house. I do have hardwood floors and it does go over the mats and a throw rug. I have a cat and dog and it is unbelievable what you find in the trap when it returns to base. There is hair in there I never knew existed in the house.. It came with blocking strips so if you want to block off a space you don't want the vacuum to go to it is easily done. You can also control it by the heavy duty remote control they provided, your cell phone or your home device. It hasn't gotten stuck yet and watching it clean is a form of entertainment in itself. It is amazing and the best vacuum I ever owned. Just think of the time you are going to save because you don't have to vacuum yourself. I found out about it because my friend bought the same one herself and runs it everyday.

I gave this a 4 rating instead of a 3 because it was mainly the App that I had most of the issue with. It took me several attempts to connect to the app until I finally did it under 'AP Mode'...I'm not really confident if the app will work once I disconnect and try to connect it another time. Also, the instructions in the App was in another language than English so I couldn't even follow that. Anyway, the robot itself seems to do a really good job so far. I don't have pets but really dislike dust (due to allergies). I know have both vinyl plank flooring and carpet. The robot which I named "Greta" does really well at cleaning up both. So far this seems a really good value for the money. To iMartine: get a better working App and perhaps some of your ratings will be higher...people can purchase cheaper brands without wifi connectivity. So if its supposed to work with wifi then that's partly why someone would purchase this model. Fix it.

I've had this machine since Christmas and it is a great little machine.I live near a beach and always bring a lot of sand in the house, which is especially annoying since I like to walk barefoot. This device does a great job a eliminating the sand to its last grain as well as whatever regular dust there may be.I love that it can be controlled remotely via the app so I can get it started from wherever I am if I forgot to do so before leaving the house.It has enough battery life to clean the whole house on power level 2 but if you want it squeaky clean and use level 3 the autonomy is a bit shorter and more appropriate for deep cleaning a section.Easy to use, does a good job,veasy to clean.All in all very happy so far

I’ve always thought one of these vacuums would be handy, and fun for freaking out my pets. I finally took the plunge and got this one. Originally I’d thought to get the one featured (a Roomba) and on sale here on Amazon. After doing comparison and cost, I got this little gal.We have two small dogs and a medium hair cat. Needless to say we’ve got pet hair everywhere. That, combined with my dusty husband (not old but from work!) and my long hair, makes vacuuming nearly a daily event.I love the “clean-ability” of the machine itself. The roller comes out, whiskers (for lack of what to call the side spinning brushes) come off, dustpan and filter are removable - and ALL ARE CLEANABLE!! Some replacement parts are included too.Although she’s still mapping the house, I’m super happy with this purchase and would recommend.One tweak I’d suggest to the manufacturer is a dustpan full signal. I only run while I can be at home and monitor so I dump it throughout the cycle.

I really am pleased with this robot vacuum, I was looking forward to buy one for a while, but just decided to do it and I'm glad I did, I can turn it on and leave it cleaning while I do other things and specially in my case that I hve a lumbar backpain I don't end up stuck or with bad backpain after cleaning the house with a regular vacuum.At first it looks like crazy going different directions on first use and stucking on corners but that's fine because it's mapping the environment so don't try to manully change directions and so or else you are just making it worse, but if you let it operate by itself it works like a charm, really easy to connect to the app and simple to operate, it does have a decent suction power but don't expect it being able to suck big stuff like pieces of plastic or so because that actually not what it's designed for, but if you want to keep your apartment always spotless this robot cleaner is the one to go for!

Just a piece of crap. Stops in the middle of the room for no reason. When it gets hung up and stops, IT ANNOYINGLY AND LOUDLY BEEPS MERCILESSLY. I hate this thing. I returned the first one convinced I had a lemon, but the second one is just as crappy.I also purchased the Cyvol Cybovac E20 and while it's far from perfect, it operates without the frequency of crazy problems experienced with the Imartine. I also like the application interface MUCH better on the Cyvol.UPDATE: Last night it ran itself at 12:00 midnight despite being scheduled to run at 12:00 in the afternoon. I doubled checked to make sure I hadn’t accidentally set it up incorrectly and I had not. Quiet startling when one is in bed asleep not expecting midnight noises!!FINAL UPDATE: I performed a factory reset and reprogrammed it to come on at 1pm (13:00) AND IT STILL CAME ON IN THE MIDDLE IF THE FN NIGHT!AWFUL MACHINE. CHANGED MY RATING TO ONE STAR.UPDATE: 3/19/2022 Throwing this pricey piece of garbage in the TRASH. Will not factory reset and keeps ALL previously programs which apparently cannot be erased.
